The purchase, funded by sales of MSTR common stock under the company's at-the-market program, lifts Strategy's total holdings to 845,050 BTC, acquired for roughly $63.73 billion at an average of $75,412 per coin. The buy snaps a stretch of net selling that ran through the summer, and Michael Saylor marked the shift with a characteristically blunt two-word post on X: "We're Back." As of August 30, the company's USD Reserve and USD Cash balances stood at $5.10 billion and $1.61 billion.
Strategy remains the largest corporate bitcoin holder by a wide margin, and a return to accumulation from its most prominent buyer is often read as a sentiment signal for the broader treasury-company trade.
