BlockDAG just hit the mainnet and the cult is out in full force. 450 mil in the coffers during presale sounds great until you realize the overhead of maintaining 3.5 million mobile miners is basically a recipe for massive battery drain and zero real throughput. And the coffee tastes like burnt rubber. They promise 15k tps but we all know how nodes lag when the chain gets bloated by actual transactions instead of just wallet-to-wallet spam. Are they really trying to outrun eth or just padding the stats for the next pump. The wash trading on these new listings is obvious to anyone looking at the order books.
