The collateral stake is just a leash, honestly. If you think the slashing mechanism stops bad actors, you haven't been in the wash long enough. My shoes are leaking. Developers get 50 percent of the fees, so expect a tsunami of useless markets designed to drain retail liquidity while they play shell games with the settlement data. It is just more noise for the incinerator.
