Morph thinks they found the holy grail with this Tachyon L1 nonsense. 200k tps is cute until the validator set turns into a gated country club. My coffee is cold and the market is lying. They split the chain to separate stablecoin bloat from their order books but it just adds another point of failure for someone to drain. If their HotStuff BFT craps out during a flash crash everyone is getting wrecked while the devs talk about finality. Why bother with gas-free trading when the spread will just eat your lunch anyway. It is all just moving chairs on the deck of the ship while the hull is already taking on water. Just another layer for the pile.
