S&P has upgraded the outlook on ratings for Freedom Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries, including Freedom Finance JSC and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan, from stable to positive. The agency also raised the national ratings of Freedom Finance and Freedom Bank Kazakhstan from kzA- to kzA. Additionally, Moody's assigned ratings to the group's insurance companies for the first time: Freedom Life received a Baa3 rating, and Freedom Insurance was rated Ba1, marking the first investment-grade rating for Freedom Life.
