🚨Thomas Sewell and Jack Etlis appeared outside County Court today, speaking about the progression of the Camp Sovereignty court cases, as well as Sewell’s views on the upcoming High Court challenge in September.
In September, Sewell and the White Australia Party will challenge the Federal Government’s decision to prohibit the party under Australia’s new hate-group legislation.
The challenge argues that the legislation burdens freedom of governmental and political communication and gives the executive punitive powers without judicial review. The High Court previously rejected an application for an interim injunction, with the substantive challenge to be heard in September.
