About 1-1.5 months ago, I tried to buy an account with 500,000 coins from @Elitcarparking. I sent the money, and he said he created the account. However, when I logged in, there were only 12,550 coins. When I pointed this out, he said it wasn't his fault. I asked him to recreate it, saying I'd paid that much money. He eventually added coins to 3 accounts and promised to give me 10 more, but now I don't have the accounts, and he kept voting against me. Finally, he banned me from his channel and started ignoring my posts.
