"On 13 July 1921, anarchists detained without charge in the Taganka prison in Russia ended their hunger strike after 11 days following the Central Committee of the Communist Party agreeing to allow most of them to leave Russia on pain of being shot if they tried to return.
However one of the hunger strikers, 34-year-old Jewish factory worker Fanya Baron, pictured, was executed on Lenin’s orders."
