Job Summary
The Geotechnical Engineer serves as the main contact for geotechnical engineering coordination within the design team for the major expressway project. The role involves conducting and reviewing geological surveys and soil data, supporting subgrade and foundation design, providing on-site technical guidance, developing treatment solutions for challenging ground conditions, and ensuring strict compliance with AASHTO and ERA standards.
Key Responsibilities
Geotechnical Coordination & Surveys: Serve as the primary point of contact for geotechnical engineering coordination, conducting and reviewing geological surveys, soil data, and site investigation reports.
Design & Ground Treatment: Support subgrade and foundation design based on geological conditions and develop robust treatment solutions for adverse or challenging ground conditions.
On-Site Technical Support: Provide on-site guidance for geological investigations and troubleshoot complex ground-related engineering challenges.
