Figure Technology Solutions has completed its $717M acquisition of Kiavi, bringing the residential real estate lender’s technology and operating platform into Figure’s blockchain-native marketplace.
The deal is expected to add $7B+ in annual first-lien loan volume, strengthening Figure’s push into tokenized private credit and property markets.
