Capital B has raised €7.6M in a private placement subscribed by Adam Back, with proceeds supporting its plan to acquire more Bitcoin.
The funding could enable the company to purchase up to 376 BTC, potentially taking its holdings to 3,521 BTC, while warrants could provide up to €49.4M in additional capital.
