Job Description
We are looking for a smart and proactive Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries, troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues, and resolve them efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address customer issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to product usage, software issues, and service requests.
Understand customer problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in the ticketing system.
Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices to reduce repeat issues.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to improve customer experience.
Ensure timely and effective resolution while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
Key Skills Required:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
Basic technical knowledge to guide customers through software or device-related issues.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
Qualifications:
Any graduate (preferred: B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA).
0-2 years of customer support or technical support experience.
