Answer
• Tube Settler Sedimentation માં use થતું water treatment equipment છે
• Tube Settler એવી રીતે design કરવામાં આવે કે જેથી settling capacity & efficiency of sedimentation basin increase થઇ
• Tube Settler માં closely spaced parallel tubes or channels હોઈ છે જે 45° to 60° એ inclined હોઈ છે
• Tube Settler Generally PVC or Polypropylene ના બનેલા હોઈ જે staggered menner માં arranged હોઈ છે
Primary Function of Tube Settler
• Suspended Particles or Flocs ને Settle થવા માટે tube settler large surface area provide કરે છે, જેથી sedimentation capacity / efficiency improve થઇ
•જેવું particles or flocs inclined tubes માંથી pass થઇ છે ત્યારે particles or flocs માટે sufficient length નો settling path મળી રે છે also particles ને sufficent resistance time પણ મળી રે છે જેથી sedimentation capacity / efficiency improve થઇ છે
