🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Chelsea defender Levi Colwill has been given permission to build a private GYM at his £4.2M mansion near the club’s Cobham training ground.
The six-bedroom property already includes an indoor swimming pool, six bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen and a large garden.
Colwill also plans to add a steam room, cinema, games room, TV room and study as part of the renovation.
