We are currently scaling our marketing department and need a creative specialist who can handle high-volume, Retention-Style editing for our model and influencer reels. Compensation & Stability Monthly Salary: Starting at $600 USD / month, with the potential to scale to $1,000 – $1,200+ USD based on volume and skill. Workload: High-volume (20–40 videos per day depending on complexity). Stability: This is a permanent, in-house role with a consistent, long-term workload. Required Technical Skills We are looking for a specialist who understands Retention Editing (keeping viewers engaged every second) and can execute: • VFX & Masking: Realistic object integration and seamless environment manipulation. • Color Engineering: Mastery of selective color shifts (e.g., changing outfit colors while maintaining realistic textures). • Motion Graphics: Kinetic typography, precision zooms, and "stop-the-scroll" transitions. • Asset Compositing: Efficiently layering split-screens, gameplay assets, and SFX.
