Something we’ve been learning while building CTG is that you don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. A lot of what CTG is today wasn’t part of some perfect plan we had from day one. We started. We learnt. We changed things. We removed things that didn’t work. And we keep improving. I think people delay so many good ideas because they’re waiting until everything makes sense first. Sometimes the clarity comes after you start.
