Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on people-related issues and policies. Talent Management & Acquisition: • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent. • Implement workforce planning and talent development initiatives. • Lead employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s image in the talent market. Performance & Organizational Development: • Develop and implement performance management systems to support employee engagement and growth. • Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives. • Oversee change management strategies during organizational restructuring or transformation. Learning & Development: • Assess organizational training needs and implement L&D programs. • Promote continuous learning and skills development at all levels. Compensation & Benefits: • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs. • Conduct periodic benchmarking and reviews to ensure competitiveness and compliance. • Partner with Finance to align remuneration strategies with budgetary goals. Employee Relations & Engagement: • Promote a positive working environment through effective employee engagement strategies.
