7. He asked a lot of details/ questions related to DPR of my work exp project like salient features, HRT, Afflux, design discharge, catchment, spillways used, and more I cannot recall.
8. Why earthen Dam not used in your project.
9. Why you left job, why did not join NTPC.
10. Which departments are you interested in ESE.

1. How a Dam fails? And why are we so concerned in safeguarding it.
2. What is life of a Dam.
3. Have you heard about dredging, why is it important.
4. How you calculate silt pressure on Dam.
5. Are you aware about R&R, why it is required
6. Suppose you are handling a project involving R&R, how mill you manage it without disputes.
7. Why delhi gets so polluted after Diwali.
8. As a civil engineer how can you control dust related pollution.
9. Non Anthropogenic factors contributing to pollution.
10. You have published research paper what was your topic.
11. (Took chairman sir’s permission to ask few more questions related to paper)
12. How you converted linguistic data to quantifiable data.
13. Which likert scale you used.
14. How you came to results using TOPSIS and AHP.
At this point in time, while I was answering Chairman sir interrupted and said My interview is over.
Conclusion:
•Overall interview was very interactive and healthy. Everyone seems to be in good mood. They helped me throughout interview when I was lagging in my answers. Few short/ follow up questions I may have missed mentioning.
•Mostly questions were from job related work (which I answered well acc to me), Hometown and hobbies (some facts I didn’t know and couldn’t answer upto the mark), research based questions. Hardly any textbook question, more so practical oriented with main focus on H.E.P.
•Chairman Sir were getting involved throughout interview wherever he felt so.
