Junior Fullstack Developer (Node.js, React)

We are a small product team building a B2B SaaS powered by AI. We move fast, ship often, and care about keeping the codebase clean and maintainable. We’re looking for a junior fullstack developer to help us improve and evolve the product.
What you’ll do:
- Improve and extend existing features across backend and frontend
- Implement new functionality end-to-end (API, database, UI)
- Work with databases, APIs, and the application interface
- Collaborate closely with founders and the product team
- Participate in technical decisions and learn how a real SaaS product is built and scaled
- Help the team move quickly while maintaining code quality
Requirements:
- Backend development experience with JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js)
- Experience working with databases and ORMs (preferably Postgres, Supabase, TypeORM)
- Experience with React or Vue
- Understanding of REST APIs and client–server architecture
- Basic knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows
- Ability to work independently in a small team
- Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership
- English sufficient to read documentation and communicate in writing
- Russian or Belarusian language proficiency (required)
Nice to have:
- Interest in AI-powered products
- Experience with Supabase
- Experience shipping pet projects or small commercial projects
