The medication I take for ADHD in Germany has finally got permission for distribution in Italy. Before it couldn't be prescribed.
I normally don't recommend medications on the Internet as that is the job of your psychiatrist and I don't want to encourage uncontrolled use of unauthorized substances, but now that is authorized and soon or later available in pharmacies, I encourage ADHD or suspected ADHD people to get informed and talk with their doctors, especially if they feel the medication they are taking is too bland. Lisdexemphetamin/Elvanse/Vyvanse, the medication recently authorized, is the one that statistically has the highest effect on ADHD symptoms, slightly higher than methylphenidate. Still, not all ADHD people profit from it and if methylphenidate helps you there is no reason to change, but if you have tried different medications without much success, it may be good to keep an eye on it.
