4. Acha to Parliament kuch bhi laws bana skti hai jo constitution ke khilaf jae ? Mene kaha yes sir lekin agar constitution ke khilaf jaega to court basic structure ka use kurke null and void declare kur dega. To kahe ki bana skta hai ya nhi mene kaha yes sir.
