Requirements:
✔️ University degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Law or a related discipline is required
✔️ Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in social performance, stakeholder engagement, employee and workforce relations, industrial relations, human resources, or related fields within a medium to large multinational or multicultural corporate environment, including significant experience engaging and negotiating with government authorities, local communities and other external stakeholders
✔️ Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in relevant functional areas, including managing teams across multiple sites and/or geographical locations
