260906 #BOYNEXTDOOR’s Sungho becomes the new face of ‘Music Core’… “I’ll continue to grow”
BOYNEXTDOOR’s Sungho takes his first steps as a music show MC.
On September 5, Sungho hosted his first broadcast as a new permanent MC of MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core.’
Working alongside ALPHA DRIVE ONE (ALD1)’s Sangwon, he shared his thoughts, saying, “I’ve greeted everyone several times as a special MC, but this time, I’m proudly returning as an MC of ‘Show! Music Core.’ I hope you’ll show me lots of love. I’ll continue to grow and improve from here on out.”
Having previously served as a special MC several times, Sungho smoothly led the live broadcast. He also showcased choreography from various songs, including SEVENTEEN’s ‘VERY NICE,’ GOT7’s ‘Stop Stop It,’ and ALPHA DRIVE ONE’s ‘BORN DIRE.’ Through conversations with Sangwon, he also demonstrated the chemistry of the new MC duo.
After the broadcast, Sungho shared through Weverse, “Thanks to the support and interest from ONEDOOR, I’m truly honored to become an MC of ‘Show! Music Core.’ I’m very grateful, and I’ll do my very best.” He continued, “Please look forward to and watch the upcoming broadcasts as well. I’d be happy if you could support both my tour and MC activities.”
BOYNEXTDOOR will also continue their activities with their Japan tour and album promotions. On September 9–10, 19–20, and 25–26, they will hold ‘BOYNEXTDOOR TOUR ‘KNOCK ON Vol.2’ IN JAPAN’ in Osaka, Miyagi, and Nagano, respectively.
On September 28, they will release a repackaged version of their first full-length album. The members announced these plans during their Busan concert last month, saying, “We’ll continue working hard so that we can meet even more fans.”
