Dubai now has 32,294 registered brokers, with 13,083 new professionals entering the market in just one year. The number of brokerage offices has grown to 9,785.Women are also playing a bigger role. 28,909 transactions were handled by female brokers (+49%), generating AED 2.98B in commissions — an 83% increase.
