CPO 테스트, Insertion 1~4 단계마다 난제…2027년부터 ‘100% 전수검사’ 가속 전망

CPO(Co-Packaged Optics, 공동 패키징 광학)가 본격적인 양산·상용화 단계에 진입했지만, 수율을 확보하기 위한 핵심 공정인 테스트 분야에서는 Insertion 1부터 Insertion 4까지 각 단계별로 서로 다른 기술적 난제가 여전히 남아 있다.

특히 향후 CPO 생산량이 본격적으로 확대되면서, 모든 제품을 빠짐없이 검사하는 ‘100% 전수검사(100% testing)’ 적용이 2027년부터 더욱 빠르게 확산될 것으로 전망된다.
