And it gets paid in embarrassment and time, and gets reimbursed to you in a span of a few days, because the people who laughed at you in June are the same ones who are buying thirty percent higher and telling you that the market has broken out, and they always will be, because the alternative would require them to buy before confirmation, and selling after it arrives.
But they are cowards.
That's the difference between the two camps.
One buys and sells on confirmation, the other pays for the privilege of doing the exact same thing.
Confirmation is the most expensive product in finance, and it's only bought by the most unprepared customers.
So no, I don't think it's over.
I think most of you are going to go through the motions of doing due diligence, and look for a reason not to be bullish about the next leg higher, and you're going to find it at 90, and then you'll find another one at 110, and then you'll find yet another one at the new peak, and you'll promise yourself that next time you're going to buy the dip, and you'll do exactly the same thing you did this time.
Or you can accept the discomfort at the price where it's cheapest.
You're still not fucking bullish enough.
