委中 Bladder 40, one of the Four Command Points.
When the Bladder line is blocked. Low back that won’t release, hamstrings locked tight, pain running down the leg.
This is where I go first, together with 阴谷 Kl10, and Ashi point around the causing area.
Consistently useful.
