Dear Students,

I hope you are enjoying your summer break.

We would like to inform you that dormitory registration is open from August 21.

Please follow the registration process carefully:

1. Complete the dormitory registration form:

2. After submitting the form, your Dormitory Rental Agreement will be issued in the CAU App within one business day.

3. Once the agreement is available in the CAU App, you will need to make the payment.

⚠️ IMPORTANT FOR STUDENTS WHO WANT TO STAY IN A SINGLE ROOM:

If you would like to stay in a single room, please contact us via Telegram at @nilufar3426 BEFORE completing the registration and making the payment to check whether a single room is available.

Currently, there are very few vacant places in single rooms.

According to Clause 3.1.6 of the Dormitory Rental Agreement:

> “The Lessor has the right to allocate the available residential places among students according to their year of study in the following order of priority: first-year students, second-year students, third-year students, and students of subsequent years. Within each category, residential places are allocated based on the number of available rooms.”

Therefore, room allocation depends on room availability and the student’s year of study.

Payment Information

Payment can be made through Payme, Click, Uzum Bank, or a bank.

● Payme and Click: the payment will appear in the CAU App immediately.
● Uzum Bank and bank payments: the payment will appear in the CAU App within one business day.

When making the payment, it is mandatory to indicate “Dormitory” in the payment description and include your Student ID number.

If you have made the payment and your status in the CAU App has not changed within one business day, please contact:
