As for Tristan's Mexican passport thing, I had a long discussion with him in the past where he was serious about playing a villain in a Korean TV show. He had me contact producers and such. I told him he'd have to come out here or I wouldn't be believed.

It shows his desire to role play as fictional characters. His fake passport was of a fairly famous James Bond villian. Silly/stupid thing to do? Sure but im confident that is not a flight risk.
Tristan was obsessed with Bond as well as The Count of Monte Cristo. His brother was Street Fighter ii fan and got a snake tattoo like Vega. Even bought the arcade consul, it's at their house.
I think they should argue to be released conditionally where they can work on their case but not leave the US or maybe not leave Florida. Until the extradition is decided on.
They really cant go anywhere without being recognized.
