Per media reports, a US official confirmed the Sunday strikes, stating that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) was observed attempting to launch rockets with sea mines into the Strait of Hormuz.
Earlier this week, President Donald Trump declared that the waterway was completely clear of mines, based upon information provided by the US Navy. The US commander in chief warned that any attempts to place new explosives would be met with decisive action...
