Regardless of the race of the guy he was pursuing, stupid fucking pig severely injured an elderly couple, destroying their vehicle, likely affecting them for the rest of their lives. They were trying to pull over, attempting to obey the rules of the road, and were nearly killed for it. It’s honestly a miracle they survived.
Both drivers belong in prison. They could have tracked this feral monkey down and had him arrested the next day, easily, but the narcissistic, 90IQ piece of shit cop doesn’t actually care about protecting and serving, and put everyone else in the road in far more danger than they would have otherwise been in.
