About the Role
We are looking for experienced Python Squish Automation Engineers with a strong
background in test automation and medical domain experience. The role involves developing
and maintaining automated test scripts for regulated products.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and Squish
• Design, execute, and manage automated test cases
• Work on software verification and validation for medical/regulated products
• Analyze application behavior using diagnostic tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test planning and execution
• Ensure adherence to software testing methodologies and processes
• Support design control activities for regulated environments
• Identify defects and track them to closure
Mandatory Skills
• Strong experience in Python scripting and Squish automation tool
• Hands-on experience in test automation frameworks
• Good understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC)
• Experience in medical domain / regulated environment
• Strong logical and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience in software verification & validation
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (medical domain preferred)
• Familiarity with application diagnostics and debugging tools
Qualification
• B.E / B.Tech (Mandatory)
Compensation
• CTC: ₹10 – ₹12 LPA (Maximum)

• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Willing to work from office (5 days a week)
Ideal Candidate Should Have
• Prior experience in automation testing using Python + Squish
• Exposure to medical devices / healthcare software testing
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
