Samsung to add stablecoin support to Wallet

Samsung announced future stablecoin support in the Samsung Wallet app at the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 conference.

During the app demonstration on screen, the Circle USDC stablecoin was shown. The presentation did not announce a partnership with Circle or Tether, nor did it specify which stablecoins will be supported or in which countries they will be available.

The company stated that Samsung Wallet will combine payment services, loyalty programs, and digital assets. Last October, Samsung Wallet users in the US gained access to the Coinbase exchange premium subscription.
