#Procurement Engineer
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to delivery. Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications prior to issuing Request for Quotations (RFQs). Source, evaluate, and qualify local and international suppliers, issuing RFQs and preparing comprehensive technical and commercial comparisons. Ensure supplier proposals strictly comply with project technical requirements. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, warranties, and commercial conditions to achieve the best balance of cost, quality, and compliance. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) post-approval, follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, evaluate vendor performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Communication Engineering, or a related field.
•Experience: 3 to 5 years of procurement experience, preferably within Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) and Security Systems.
•Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ELV, Security Systems, and IT/Network infrastructure.
•Technical & System Skills: Proficiency in BOQ analysis, RFQs, quotation comparison, PO management, ERP procurement modules, and MS Office.
•Certifications (Preferred): Supply Chain/Procurement credentials or technical certifications in ELV, Networking, or Security Systems are an advantage.
•Key Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, supplier sourcing, communication, and time-management skills.
