Hyperliquid Labs is in advanced discussions with Payward, parent company of Kraken, to bring its perpetual futures to U.S. traders.
If regulators give the green light, American users could soon trade perpetual contracts on tokens from the Hyperliquid blockchain—via Bitnomial, a Payward-operated exchange.
This move follows recent comments by Trump, who claimed his administration was helping bring Hyperliquid to the U.S. HYPE surged +4% on the news.
