ThemeThis challenge invites 3D artists to capture the spirit of Ethiopian Holiday (Gena).
Participants are encouraged to illustrate the unique traditions, atmosphere, and cultural details that define this special holiday.
Genna Traditions: Children playing Genna (traditional stick game), early morning walks to church, white traditional clothing (Netela/Gabi), and spiritual gatherings. Environment & Atmosphere: Rural villages or urban neighborhoods, soft early-morning lighting, quiet streets, and moments of family and community togetherness. Cultural Storytelling: Ethiopian architecture, landscapes, food, and authentic details that reflect the solemn yet joyful essence of Genna.Whether portraying peaceful spiritual moments or lively community interactions, we want to see your interpretation of Ethiopian Holiday through mood, lighting, and storytelling.
