Support and resistance are two of the most important concepts in technical analysis.
🟢 Support
A support level is a price area where buyers usually step in, causing price to slow down or bounce upward.
Example:
Price falls from 3400 to 3385
Buyers become active near 3385
Price rebounds to 3398
➡️ 3385 acts as Support.
🔴 Resistance
A resistance level is a price area where sellers usually become active, causing price to slow down or reverse downward.
Example:
Price rises from 3398 to 3420
Sellers enter near 3420
Price falls back to 3405
➡️ 3420 acts as Resistance.
