Business Development Manager, Energy Sector Industry – Health Management Salary – N18m PA Role Purpose The Business Development Manager (BDM) , Energy Sector is a senior commercial role responsible for driving B2B sales and securing high-value corporate health plans within the energy sector, including Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Power Generation & Distribution (GenCos/DisCos), and Renewable Energy firms. Key Responsibilities & Core Duties
Strategic Market Penetration
Pipeline Management
Identify and target high-revenue corporate clients, engineering firms, and oilfield service providers.
Design and execute a targeted multi-year sales strategy
Ownership of the end-to-end response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and competitive commercial tenders.
Account Management & Portfolio Retention Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline. An MBA would be an added advantage Experience of at least 8 years of B2B sales experience in the energy sector
