The Role
We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Deposit Mobilization Officer to drive deposit growth across our Ajegunle operations. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and promoting our deposit products to a diverse customer base. Your ability to engage, persuade, and retain customers will be key to expanding our financial footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively mobilize deposits from individuals, small business owners, and community groups.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Educate prospective clients on the benefits and features of our deposit products.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat deposits and loyalty.
Achieve and surpass monthly deposit mobilization targets.
Provide on-the-ground customer support and promptly address client inquiries or concerns.
Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform product improvement and sales strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE; ND holders are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Proven experience or strong aptitude in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition.
Basic understanding of financial products and deposit operations.
Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with field work.
Ability to build rapport quickly and manage customer relationships effectively.
Residency in or around Ajegunle is an added advantage.
