We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, training, payroll coordination, and overall HR strategy.
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, PHRi, SPHRi, or CIPD) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
