The blockchain application layer is the topmost layer in a blockchain architecture, where user-facing applications and decentralized applications (dApps) are built and interact with the blockchain network. Lobstr is programmed to transact on Stellar Network via blockchain API calls. / When you connect your wallet via Lobstr you are giving the application direct access to the wallet commands available on the network.
