Following the recent article published by certain media in Belgium, we would like to provide factual clarification to ensure accuracy and transparency:
1️⃣ Shariah Certificate
The Shariah certificate issued under Validus was authentic and verifiable. Official proof exists through documented correspondence and certification records. Any suggestion to the contrary is misleading and defamatory.
2️⃣ No Ponzi Model
Validus never operated as a Ponzi scheme. This position has been acknowledged by authorities across different jurisdictions, who confirmed that collected funds were deployed into genuine business activities. The structure and operations were fundamentally different from the allegations made in the article.
3️⃣ Clarification on the Arrest Warrant
The arrest warrant referenced in Belgium concerns a personal matter unrelated to Validus’s corporate operations. It is tied to an individual case of mismanagement involving unregistered cash handling, not to the company itself. Validus does not associate itself with this matter and also disassociates from any individuals who attempted to make cash payments without proper declaration to the authorities in each country, as such practices could lead to risks of money laundering.
