Dr. Nega Worku Debela was a professor of curriculum and instruction at Marshall
University in Huntington, West Virginia. He is originally from Ethiopia, and he has a PhD
in language education from the University of Adelaide in Australia. He has also earned
master's degrees in education from Leeds University in England and Marshall
University.
