Degree Authentication Procedure
Service Day: Every Friday only
Main Service Room: Room 02 (then Room 05 → Main Office, 5th Floor)
Steps:
1. Bring Original Documents
⚡️Present your original student copy and degree/diploma for authentication.
2. Payment
⚡️Pay the authentication fee at room 01.
3. Registrar's Office – Room 02
⚡️Submit your documents and receipt for initial review and approval.
⚡️Registrar stamps the documents.
4. Proceed to Room 05
⚡️Documents are checked and logged for final processing.
5. Final Approval – 5th Floor, Main Office
⚡️Vice President/ Provost signature.
⚡️Obtain the University stamp after signature.
6. For Regional Campuses
⚡️Graduates must come to Addis Ababa for University stamp before proceeding to government offices.
7. Government Authentication (External)
⚡️Apply Online [Click Here]
⚡️After university approval, take the documents to the Education and Training Authority for final government authentication.
