SC-ST Act Horror Continues!
Now in Kasganj, UP, 37 Thakurs have been booked under the SC-ST Act.
Per reports, rumours spread in the village that an Ambedkar statue had been vandalised. DM Pranay Singh and SP OP Singh reached with force, inspected the statue and confirmed it was intact.
Thakurs say they were the ones misbehaved with first, and that the SC/ST case was slapped on 38 people without a proper preliminary inquiry. They are demanding a neutral probe.
