How much time you spend studying each day is not as important as how regularly and focused you are in searching for answers to questions. If the teacher chews everything out for the student, he will live someone else’s life, with all the ensuing consequences. Everywhere your own experience is important, not the experience of others. The teacher can show you the path, but you still have to walk along it yourself.
