A boy is seen fighting his way through floodwaters and debris in Nepal — while the cameraman and another man in a blue shirt calmly keep filming.
To be fair, others nearby do try to help, shouting directions and pushing a long pole toward him.
But the footage still raised one obvious question: at what point do you put the phone down and actually help the kid?
