The Massachusetts Supreme Court has denied Lindsay Clancy’s appeal.
The judge will declare a mistrial, which the most likely result will be a new trial with a new prosecution team.

The mother, Corie Walsh, who killed her 2-year-old and then attempted suicide in Frankfurt, Illinois, has been charged with killing her child. It has also been confirmed that Walsh had been “actively discussing” the Lindsay Clancy case in a group chat with friends about three and a half hours before her child was discovered dead.
