Case was regarding increasing number of attacks and incidents involving employees of nationalised banks in Maharashtra A separate compilation shared by UFBU Pune Convenor Vitthal Mane lists incidents involving bank employees at different places and banks. The list covers incidents at branches of Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of Baroda, Punjab National Bank, Maharashtra Gramin Bank, UCO Bank, Central Bank of India, Canara Bank, Indian Overseas Bank and Central Bank, among others.  Court has said Under Section 353 The Rule: You cannot physically attack, threaten, or use force against a government worker (like a police officer or municipal worker or Central Govt Employee ) who is doing their official duty.
