안녕하세요. 당사의 파트너제품 Enhertu가 pertuzumab과 병용으로 HER2 양성 전이성 유방암 환자의 1차 치료제로 EU의 승인을 받았다고 밝혔습니다.
▶️ 이번 승인은 임상 3상에서 Enhertu 병용요법이 질병 진행 또는 사망 위험을 44% 감소시켰으며(vs. 표준치료), 중간 무진행 생존 기간은 3년을 초과(40.7개월 vs. 표준치료 26.7개월)하는 결과 등을 바탕으로 이루어짐
▶️ 현재 표준치료(THP) 이후 10년만에 첫 1차치료제 승인임
